Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty Classics, we take pride in delivering high-quality beauty and body care products. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care items, we have implemented the following return and refund policy to ensure fairness, hygiene, and compliance with industry standards.


Returns

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered products.

We will only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a manufacturing fault

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage


Allergies & Sensitivities

Our products are made with carefully selected ingredients. However, individual reactions may vary.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Beauty Classics is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities once a product has been opened and used.
