1. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays unless otherwise stated.

You will receive an order confirmation & dispatch email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We use reputable local couriers (e.g., The Courier Guy, Fastways, Dawn Wing or equivalent) to deliver your order.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed clearly before payment.

In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply based on order value (e.g., over a set ZAR amount).
3. Estimated Delivery Times

Within South Africa: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. External factors such as courier delays, traffic, weather, or public holidays may affect timing.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information via email/SMS.

Tracking allows you to monitor your parcel from courier pickup to delivery.
5. Delivery Address & Risk

You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address when placing your order.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the courier and marked as in transit.

If a courier attempts delivery and cannot complete it due to an incorrect or inaccessible address, additional delivery fees may apply.
6. Courier Issues & Delivery Failures

If an order is lost, damaged in transit, or not delivered as expected, contact Beauty Classics within 48 hours of expected delivery.

We will assist with the courier and resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and South African consumer rights.
7. Consumer Rights (South African Law)
Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and ECT Act:

You are entitled to delivery within 30 days of purchase unless another timeframe is agreed. If delivery does not occur within this period, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

You have a 7-day cooling-off period for online purchases from the date of receipt, during which you may cancel for any reason (return shipping costs may apply).
8. Special Situations

Incorrect Address: If an order is returned due to address issues, you may be liable for reshipping fees.

Remote Areas: Some remote or rural addresses may have longer delivery times and additional charges.
9. International Shipping

Currently, Beauty Classics only ships within South Africa. If international shipping becomes available, fees, tax, duty, and customs charges will apply and will be communicated at checkout.
